L00T is a live streaming platform where viewers send crypto directly to creators. We never hold your money and we cannot reverse a payment once it is made. Read the payments section properly — it is the part that can cost you.
L00T lets people broadcast live video and lets viewers support them with on-chain payments. Payments settle directly between the viewer's wallet and the creator's wallet on the Solana network. We are not a bank, a broker, an exchange or a custodian, and at no point do we hold, control or have access to your funds.
We are an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any blockchain, wallet provider, exchange or brokerage.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. By using L00T you confirm that you meet that requirement, that you may lawfully use the wallet you connect, and that doing so does not break any law that applies to you.
You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions, or if you are located in a country where using it would be unlawful.
You sign in through Privy, using Google, Discord or a Solana wallet. You are responsible for keeping that access secure. Your handle is unique and may be reclaimed if it impersonates someone or infringes a trademark.
We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys, in chat, by email or anywhere else. Anyone who does is trying to steal from you, including anyone claiming to be us.
Tips, subscriptions and gifts are blockchain transactions. Once one is submitted it cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded — not by you, not by the creator, and not by us. There are no chargebacks. Treat every payment as permanent before you confirm it.
A payment splits in the same transaction: 97.5% goes to the creator and 2.5% is the platform fee. Network fees are charged by the blockchain and are not ours.
Amounts shown in dollars are an estimate for convenience. The transaction is denominated in the token you send, and its value can move between the moment you see a price and the moment the transaction settles.
A tip buys nothing. It does not entitle you to goods, services, a share of anything, or any promise from the creator, and it is not an investment.
You keep ownership of what you broadcast. You give us permission to transmit, store and display it so the service can work, including thumbnails and recordings we generate to run playback.
You must have the rights to everything you stream — including music, games, video and anything on your screen.
Your payouts go to the wallet address you set. If you enter an address you do not control, payments will arrive there and cannot be recovered by anyone. Check it carefully.
You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not withhold anything and we do not provide tax documents.
Do not use L00T to publish, stream or send:
content that is illegal where you or your audience are; any sexual content involving minors; harassment, threats, or targeted abuse; personal information about someone without their consent; content promoting violent extremism or terrorism; malware, phishing, or wallet drainers; impersonation of another person, creator or brand; content you do not have the rights to; or automated spam, including artificially inflating viewer counts, chat activity or payments.
Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the service, or to access accounts, streams or data that are not yours.
Creators moderate their own chat and can delete messages, time viewers out and ban them from their channel. Those decisions are theirs to make.
We may also remove content, end a broadcast, or suspend or terminate an account — with notice where we reasonably can, and without it where the situation is urgent, unlawful or harmful.
We do not promise that L00T will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. Live video is difficult and it will sometimes fail. Features may change or be removed.
Blockchains, wallets and networks are outside our control. So is the conduct of creators and viewers. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, missed payments, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including payments sent to the wrong address, transactions that fail or settle at an unexpected value, or anything a creator or viewer does.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using L00T at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end your access if you break these terms. Payments already settled on-chain are unaffected — they cannot be undone.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. If a change is significant we will make that clear in the product rather than quietly editing this page.
